Thank you for shopping at Apache Powerboats®. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds. The following terms apply to all products purchased through our website.

  • Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Return Policy

 

We are committed to producing high-performance gear that reflects the legacy of Apache Powerboats®. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

 

Return Conditions


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be returned to our facility and pass inspection

  • Proof of purchase is required


Please note:

  • Return shipping is not guaranteed to be covered by Apache Powerboats®

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, including freight

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 


 

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

To start an exchange:

  • If you created an account at checkout, you may submit an exchange request directly through your account

  • You may also email info@apachepowerboats.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange for

 

Additional terms:

  • All exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined in the return policy

  • The original item must be received and approved before an exchange is shipped

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and outbound shipping for the exchanged item

  • If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer is responsible for the price difference

 


 

Order Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your product, provided the item meets the return conditions listed above.

To cancel an order, please notify us at info@apachepowerboats.com. A refund will be issued to your original payment method once the product is returned and approved.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

All Apache Powerboats® orders are shipped with insurance.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your item has not arrived:

 

  • Wait an additional 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely

  • If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately

 

We will begin an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that claims can take time to process depending on the carrier. Once approved:

 

  • You will receive a full refund to the card that made the initial order, including shipping, as the item was never delivered

We reserve the right to deny or delay refunds for lost shipments until the claim process is complete. All lost freight resolutions are at our sole discretion.

 


 

Refund Timeline

Once your return or claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary:

 

  • Credit Card: Within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer

  • PayPal: Typically within 48 hours after refund confirmation
